(symbol: EVISO)<\/strong> <em>\u2013 technology company, listed on the EGM, operating in the electricity, gas and fruit sectors<\/em> &#8211; announces the pipeline of electricity and gas supply contracts for 2026 on the Reseller channel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For the <strong>2026 calendar year, the pipeline of ongoing electricity and gas supply contracts for the reseller channel amounts to 1,214 GWh<\/strong>, for a <strong>total annual turnover of approximately \u20ac221 million<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/strong>. Specifically, <strong>1,023 GWh relate to the electricity channel<\/strong> and <strong>191 GWh<\/strong> to the <strong>gas channel<\/strong>. The latter shows particularly significant growth: the <strong>gas channel pipeline is more than 38 times<\/strong> <strong>larger<\/strong> than the 5 GWh supplied in the reseller channel in the period July 2024 \u2013 June 2025.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Below is a graph highlighting the growth eVISO has seen in the reseller segment in terms of sales volumes over the last 5 years.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Estimated potential turnover value calculated on the basis of the average PUN and network charges recorded in the first four months of July \u2013 October 2025.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8285 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/eviso.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/Grafico-CS-reseller.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"569\" height=\"291\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eviso.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/Grafico-CS-reseller.png 569w, https:\/\/eviso.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/Grafico-CS-reseller-300x153.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 569px) 100vw, 569px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>The first five columns show historical volume data (GWh) supplied in each individual fiscal year for both electricity and gas, from FY 20\/21 to the last fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The last column on the right shows the pipeline of annual volumes contractually granted as a ceiling for the calendar year 2026 with resellers, equal to 1,214 GWh. The electricity figures refer to the calendar year 2026; the gas figures refer to the thermal year 2025-2026 (October-September).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>The volumes of electricity and gas in the reseller channel combined with eVISO in December 2025 amounted to 829 GWh<\/strong>, as communicated by the SII (the public body that manages information flows relating to the electricity and gas markets) and are broken down as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Annual <strong>gas<\/strong> consumption <strong>volumes for the reseller channel combined with eVISO as of December 2025 amounted to 40 GWh, up 76%<\/strong> compared to the 23 GWh combined with November 2025, <strong>confirming the growth trajectory of the gas segment<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Annual <strong>electricity<\/strong> consumption <strong>volumes for the reseller channel combined with eVISO as of December 2025 amounted to 789 GWh<\/strong>, up 3% compared to the 767 GWh combined with November 2025. <strong>This trend<\/strong> is particularly significant as it confirms progress compared to the previous month and also <strong>signals a reversal of the trend compared to Q1 25\/26, realigning with levels consistent with the entire FY 24\/25.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>total volumes<\/strong> (direct channel and reseller) <strong>of electricity and gas combined with eVISO in December 2025<\/strong>, as communicated by the SII, <strong>exceeded the threshold of 1500 GWh total<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lucia Fracassi, CEO of eVISO, commented:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;The December 2025 results confirm the solidity of our growth strategy for the Reseller channel.
