A strategic partnership that positions eVISO and Federesco as undisputed leaders in the energy community segment, offering a unique model in Italy that integrates Federesco’s legal experience with eVISO’s technology
Saluzzo (CN), 28 december 2023 – eVISO S.p.A. (simbolo: EVISO) – COMMOD-TECH company, listed on the EGM, with a proprietary artificial intelligence infrastructure that operates in the raw materials sector (electricity, gas, apples) – announces that it has concluded a strategic collaboration and promotion agreement with Federesco, an association that brings together around a hundred private ESCO (Energy Service Company) entities throughout the national territory, aimed at promoting the development of energy communities, both for those already existing and for future ones, the culture of energy efficiency, saving and use of energy from renewable sources.
The agreement provides, in detail, for a broad and integrated collaboration, where Federesco identifies eVISO as the ideal partner, thanks to its platform of AI business intelligence and machine learning services, for the purchase and sale of energy related to different types of energy communities, including groups of self-consumers of renewable energy acting collectively, groups of active customers acting collectively, renewable energy community, energy community of citizens, self-consumers of renewable energy “remotely” with a direct line, self-consumers of “remote” renewable energy using the distribution network and “remote” active customers using the distribution network. eVISO will also provide structured support to consumers in the communities, addressing billing-related issues.
Federesco will instead make the legal and community management infrastructure available and will promote the activities carried out by eVISO among its partners and privileged contacts.
This collaboration, which will also be widely disseminated through communication systems, marks a new milestone in the sector of the growth of energy communities in Italy. The union of skills and resources between eVISO, with its proprietary artificial intelligence infrastructure, and Federesco, creates an advanced platform in the Italian panorama of efficient energy consumption. This synergy will allow both to emerge as leaders in the sector, providing innovative energy purchasing and selling services in the context of widespread self-consumption.
