Corinna zur Nedden

Corinna zur Nedden: born in Cologne, Germany on May 10, 1966.

She graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Cologne (MBA) where she also obtained a PhD in Business Organization. In 1991, she joined Robert Bosch GmbH, Stuttgart in the Strategic Controlling division. In 2001, after moving to Italy, she joined Mariella Burani Fashion Group as an Investor Relations Manager. In 2005, she arrived at Toora spa to oversee the IPO project on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Poland) as an Investor Relations professional. From 2006 to 2008, she served as Investor Relations Manager at Investimenti e Sviluppo S.p.A. In 2008, she co-founded Natali&Partners (now Ambromobiliare S.p.A.) with Giovanni Natali, the current President of 4AIM SICAF, a company specializing in extraordinary financial consulting.

In 2009, she was appointed Executive Vice President of IKF investing company (the first company listed on AIM). Since 2011, the year of AIM listing, she has held the position of Executive Director of Ambromobiliare S.p.A., managing the Equity Capital Market department and overseeing approximately 50 IPO transactions. Currently, she also serves as a non-executive board member at Officina Stellare S.p.A. (since May 2019) and Grifal S.p.A. (since April 2020), both listed companies on AIM Italia. Lastly, since April 2019, she has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MIT SIM S.p.A. Dr. zur Nedden is a Certified Financial Analyst (aiaf in 2003) and Business Coach (ECA in 2018), and she was elected Professional of the year “Equity Capital Markets – AIM” by Financecommunity Awards (2018).
