EXPECTED GROSS MARGIN OF 500,000 EUROS BY 2027
Saluzzo (CN), 8 April 2026 – eVISO S.p.A. (symbol: EVISO) – technology company, listed on the EGM, operating in the electricity, gas and fruit sectors – announces that it has established the company EVISO LUZ Y GAS, S.A. in Spain, in the form of a Sociedad Anónima (S.A.), with its registered office in Galicia and a share capital of €60,000. The Chief Executive Officer of eVISO S.p.A., Lucia Fracassi, has been appointed Sole Director of the new company.
With the establishment of EVISO LUZ Y GAS, S.A., eVISO is launching its commercial presence in the Iberian market within the energy sector, marking the first concrete step in its internationalization strategy in a geographic region with a known market structure and dynamics that align with eVISO’s value proposition. This strategy also includes the evaluation of potential M&A transactions.
The business model of EVISO LUZ Y GAS, S.A. will be developed in two phases: in the first phase, commercial activities will focus on the reseller channel, expanding the power offerings successfully developed in the Italian market to the Iberian market as well; in the second phase, the offering will extend to direct sales to end customers. The first electricity supplies are expected in 2026, with the goal of achieving a gross margin of €500,000 by 2027.
Galicia was chosen as part of a targeted strategic decision, given that it is one of the historically most important regions for energy production in Spain[1], with a long industrial tradition in the sector. The network of expertise that eVISO has built up over the years has made the region of Santiago de Compostela a natural choice as the first step in expanding into the Iberian market.
Lucia Fracassi, Chief Executive Officer of eVISO, commented: “The establishment of EVISO LUZ Y GAS, S.A. marks the official launch of our operations in the Iberian Peninsula, which we have identified as our first strategic market for international expansion.
