Roberto Schiesari

Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors

He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Turin and has been a member of the Turin Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 1986. He is an adjunct professor of “Company Valuation” and “Business Financial Strategy” in the master’s degree program at the School of Management and Economics of the University of Turin.

In 1990 he founded, with other professionals, an associated firm made up of certified public accountants and university professors, with the aim of integrating corporate and tax expertise with business and corporate finance expertise. The firm, of which he is managing partner, is part of an international network (Inpact International) and is a partner of ACB Group S.p.A. (Academics and Consultants for Business).

He also holds positions as independent director and statutory auditor in companies, including listed ones, and within international groups. He has carried out appraisals and valuation opinions for leading investment funds and also listed companies. Since November 6, 2020, he has held the position of standing member and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Issuer.
