Graduated in Management Engineering at the University of Palermo, he obtained a Master in Business Administration at the Business School of Bologna. He gained experience in leading consulting companies and has advised major private equity firms and leading companies in the security sector. As at the date of the Admission Document, he is an independent member of the Issuer’s Board of Directors.
