Chief Executive Officer - Chairman of the Board of Directors

He holds a degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin, a PhD in Physics from Umea University in Sweden, and subsequently did an Executive Master in Owner/President Management (OPM) at Harvard in 2011-2013, an Executive program in Leading Innovation in 2010 and an Executive program in “Achieving Breakthrough Service” in 2015.

From 2007 to 2012, he served as an advisor to the Board of Directors of WS Energia LTD, a company incorporated in Portugal.

From 2016 until the Admission Document Date he holds the position of Director in the Board of Directors of the company Iscat S.r.l. while from June 2020 until the Admission Document Date he holds the position of Director in the Board of Directors of the company GD System S.r.l.. As at the Date of the Admission Document, he is Chairman and Managing Director of the Issuer.
