A qualified surveyor, he is a founding partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Iscat S.r.l., a research and innovation company operating in the renewable energy sector. He is also a director of various companies operating in the field of production and supply of electricity and natural gas as well as in the acquisition and management of real estate assets for income with a purely commercial, managerial and tertiary vocation. In recent years, he has acquired expertise in the field of electric mobility. As at the date of the Admission Document, he is a member of the Issuer’s Board of Directors.
