Stefania Borgognone

Standing member of the Board of Statutory Auditors

She graduated in Business Administration at the Free University Institute Carlo Cattaneo (L.I.U.C.) of Castellanza, enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Cuneo in 2002 and enrolled in the Register of Auditors in 2003.

She has held positions as Auditor or as member of the Board of Statutory Auditors in various companies; since 2005 she has held professional positions at the Court of Cuneo including bankruptcy trustee and judicial commissioner. She has also collaborated with professional firms.

Since 6 November 2020, she has been a member of the Issuer’s Board of Statutory Auditors.
