Saluzzo (CN), January 11, 2022 – eVISO S.p.A. (EVS.MI), a company that has developed an artificial intelligence platform that creates value in the market for physical commodities with real delivery, characterised by a certain and mandatory delivery date (“eVISO” or the “Company”), announces that Lucia Fracassi has taken on the position of Chief Operation Officer as of January 2022.
Mrs Fracassi, who is already a member of the Advisory Board of Eviso, a solid background in finance gained in international groups (Pirelli, Galbani/Danone, Crown Cork & Seal, Medtronic Invatec); her experience has been further strengthened through her professional evolution to the role of COO, General Manager and CEO. In recent years she has been working on start-ups and new business models, becoming in 2020 the Vice President of Retail Hub, the first vertical business accelerator in the retail world with offices in Milan, London and New York.
The targets of the manager in her new role include optimising the organisational structure in terms of management effectiveness and efficiency in order to ensure the achievement of the company’s goals and the operational steering of the strategic investment, development and management plan. She is entrusted with the drafting of the annual and multi-annual plan of corporate activities as well as the valorisation of the professional skills present in eVISO, and the coordination and supervision of all corporate functions.
