Graduated with honors in Economics of Organization and Technological Innovation at the Catholic University of Piacenza. Awarded the Agostino Gemelli Prize as best graduate of the year.

Her professional career led her to live abroad for several years (Paris, London and Mexico City) and to travel to many other countries. With a financial background, she had the opportunity to work for several international groups where it was necessary to be very close to the business: Pirelli (holding company), Galbani/Danone (food), Crown Cork & Seal (packaging), Global Closure Systems (packaging), Medtronic Invatec (healthcare devices), Deborah Group (cosmetics), cosnova (cosmetics) and more recently Melegatti (food).

In 2013 the transition from CFO to CEO happens naturally thanks to the international experiences and the ability to strategically analyze markets, countries and business opportunities.

In the last years she has been working on start-ups and new business models becoming in 2020 the Vice President of Retail Hub, the first vertical business accelerator in the retail world with offices in Milan, London and New York. Retail Hub gives retailers the opportunity to stay up-to-date on innovation and get in touch with the best Tech & Digital start-ups/scales globally.

Since January 2021, she has held the position of member of the Issuer’s Advisory Board. Since January 2022, she has held the position of Chief Operation Officer at the Issuer.

Since May 2023 she has held the position of General Manager.
