Alternate member of the Board of Statutory Auditors
Graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Pavia and enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Turin. He worked as auditor in PWC and was administrative manager in a company in the automotive sector. He is an associate of Studio “Schiesari & Associati” where he provides accounting, tax, administrative and corporate assistance. As from 6 November 2020, he is an alternate member of the Issuer’s Board of Statutory Auditors.
