He earned a Master’s degree and professional qualification in Energy Engineering, specializing in Nuclear Engineering. Additionally, between 2017 and 2022, he obtained certifications in Quantitative Finance from the CQF Institute – Fitch Learning, a specialization in Disruptive Strategy – Innovation from Harvard Business School, a specialization in Data-Driven Pricing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Sloan School of Management, and a specialization in Algorithmic Trading from the University of Oxford – Saïd Business School.
From 2009 to 2021, he served as a Board Member and Founder of Sol In Sol S.r.l., a company specializing in research and development in the fields of photovoltaic technology and plasma technologies. Since 2020, he has been a Board Member of GD System S.r.l., a subsidiary of the Issuer, specializing in software development and advanced system maintenance.
Since December 2012, he has led the development of AI-driven processes and technologies for Procurement, Pricing, and Billing in the electricity market, initially for Direct Customers and, from 2019, for Reseller Customers. As Director of Energy Intelligence, he focused on talent selection and training and contributed to innovative projects such as: the application of AI-based forecasting to fruit production, the prototyping of gas supply, and the H2020 SocialWatt project on energy poverty.
From 2020 to December 2024, as Director of Algo Intelligence, he integrated the Supply Chain, Compliance, and ICT Systems functions, ensuring operational continuity during significant internal and external changes.
Since January 2025, he has held the position of Chief Technology & Product Officer.
