Barbara Imbimbo

Alternate member of the Board of Statutory Auditors

Graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Pavia and enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Cuneo. She provides accounting, tax, corporate and contractual consultancy and holds positions as auditor and statutory auditor in several companies and cooperatives as well as in tax litigation. As from 6 November 2020, she is an alternate member of the Issuer’s Board of Statutory Auditors.
