Lucia Fracassi

High-profile manager with a career marked by technological innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership in international contexts.

Lucia is an Equity Partner and Vice President of Retail Hub S.r.l., a globally leading vertical business accelerator with offices in Milan, London, and New York. Retail Hub helps retailers and CPG companies stay at the forefront of innovation by creating connections between top tech and digital startups and major industry players. Lucia is also the Founder of Sensy S.r.l. Società Benefit, an innovative startup focused on sensory stimulation to improve people’s quality of life by combining technology and well-being.

Passionate about digital innovation and sustainability, she has a high-level academic background, having graduated with honors in Economics of Innovation and Technological Organization from Università Cattolica. Throughout her career, she has held top executive positions in companies across various industries, from food to cosmetics, leading projects in digital transformation, process optimization, and the development of innovative business models.

Lucia is also a business angel and startup coach, with a particular focus on business model definition, actively contributing to the growth of new entrepreneurial ventures through her strategic and operational expertise.

At eVISO since 2021, Lucia has been serving as General Manager since May 2023.

She is currently attending the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
