Saluzzo (CN), 12 December 2025 – eVISO S.p.A. (symbol: EVISO) – technology company, listed on the EGM, operating in the electricity, gas and fruit sectors – announces the pipeline of electricity and gas supply contracts for 2026 on the Reseller channel.

For the 2026 calendar year, the pipeline of ongoing electricity and gas supply contracts for the reseller channel amounts to 1,214 GWh, for a total annual turnover of approximately €221 million[1]. Specifically, 1,023 GWh relate to the electricity channel and 191 GWh to the gas channel. The latter shows particularly significant growth: the gas channel pipeline is more than 38 times larger than the 5 GWh supplied in the reseller channel in the period July 2024 – June 2025.

Below is a graph highlighting the growth eVISO has seen in the reseller segment in terms of sales volumes over the last 5 years.

[1] Estimated potential turnover value calculated on the basis of the average PUN and network charges recorded in the first four months of July – October 2025.

The first five columns show historical volume data (GWh) supplied in each individual fiscal year for both electricity and gas, from FY 20/21 to the last fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The last column on the right shows the pipeline of annual volumes contractually granted as a ceiling for the calendar year 2026 with resellers, equal to 1,214 GWh. The electricity figures refer to the calendar year 2026; the gas figures refer to the thermal year 2025-2026 (October-September).

The volumes of electricity and gas in the reseller channel combined with eVISO in December 2025 amounted to 829 GWh, as communicated by the SII (the public body that manages information flows relating to the electricity and gas markets) and are broken down as follows:

  • Annual gas consumption volumes for the reseller channel combined with eVISO as of December 2025 amounted to 40 GWh, up 76% compared to the 23 GWh combined with November 2025, confirming the growth trajectory of the gas segment;
  • Annual electricity consumption volumes for the reseller channel combined with eVISO as of December 2025 amounted to 789 GWh, up 3% compared to the 767 GWh combined with November 2025. This trend is particularly significant as it confirms progress compared to the previous month and also signals a reversal of the trend compared to Q1 25/26, realigning with levels consistent with the entire FY 24/25.

The total volumes (direct channel and reseller) of electricity and gas combined with eVISO in December 2025, as communicated by the SII, exceeded the threshold of 1500 GWh total.

Lucia Fracassi, CEO of eVISO, commented: “The December 2025 results confirm the solidity of our growth strategy for the Reseller channel. Today, we can count on an annual gas pipeline of 191 GWh, a significant achievement compared to the 5 GWh delivered in the entire previous year. The numbers demonstrate the strength of our platform business model and eVISO’s ability to attract, integrate, and grow partners throughout Italy, positioning us as a leading technology partner in a complex and rapidly evolving market.”

Giada Giangreco, Director of eVISO’s Reseller Channel, commented: “eVISO aims to be increasingly closer to its Reseller partners, strengthening relationships and supporting their development with concrete tools and innovative solutions. A particular focus is on the gas segment, currently experiencing significant growth, which represents a strategic opportunity to consolidate the value of partnerships and generate new business opportunities.”
