Saluzzo (CN), 25 November 2024 – eVISO S.p.A. (simbolo: EVISO) – COMMOD-TECH company, listed on the EGM, with a proprietary artificial intelligence infrastructure that operates in the raw materials sector (electricity, gas, apples) – announces the release of a significant upgrade of the proprietary technology “EVISO.GIRO” (press release dated 09/23/2024) essential to accelerate commercial activities and reach the first sales target in the medium term with 1,000 new customers per month, equivalent to an annual increase of approximately € 1 million in Gross Margin.
The proprietary technology EVISO GIRO (giro.eviso.it), whose industrial validation phase began in July and the commercial one in September, accumulates the energy generated by people during sporting activities to transform it into electricity and make it count on the bill simply by choosing eVISO as electricity and gas supplier.
Until now EVISO.GIRO could only be connected to STRAVA. However, with the significant upgrade of the platform it is now possible to reach a greater number of users by covering almost all the Apps thanks to the connections with Apple Health and Google Health, which can be both synchronized with almost all the Apps on the market.
As can be seen from the graph, total active users worldwide are approximately 600 million in 2023, of which over 120 million in Europe[1]. Furthermore, in Italy in 2023, Health & Fitness App downloads were 53 million[2] and based on available data, the market of athletes who continuously use a Health & Fitness app can be estimated at around 10 million users in Italy.
Sports activities can be performed anywhere in the world, from California to Japan. The EVISO.GIRO App allows to connect their own EVISO.GIRO account with the domestic meters supplied by eVISO, for now exclusively in Italy, via the “EASY MY EVISO” App and therefore be able to discount the electricity accumulated in the bill.
Italian athletes waiting to be supplied with eVISO can continue to accumulate energy on EVISO.GIRO anywhere in the world. Athletes residing outside Italy can accumulate energy, waiting for the possible start of eVISO activities in their countries of residence. Alternatively, they can channel their energy towards friends and relatives who are already eVISO customers in Italy.
The sports disciplines that can currently be transformed into electricity are: cycling, running, walking, indoor rowing, swimming, indoor cycling and many others. Sports activities can currently be measured using Garmin and Samsung devices connected to any Apple & Android device.
