Saluzzo (CN), 23 September 2024 – eVISO S.p.A. (simbolo: EVISO) – COMMOD-TECH company, listed on the EGM, with a proprietary artificial intelligence infrastructure that operates in the raw materials sector (electricity, gas, apples) – announces the start of the commercial phase, once the validation phase has been completed (announced on 4 July 2024), of the new proprietary technology “EVISO.GIRO” which accumulates the energy generated by people during sports activities to transform it into electricity and have it counted in the bill simply by becoming eVISO customers.
eVISO has leveraged its proprietary AI infrastructure, used to serve over half a million users, to develop the new proprietary technology called EVISO.GIRO capable of providing distinctive added value to the target of domestic users sensitive to Health & Fitness. The proprietary EVISO.GIRO technology (giro.eviso.it) accumulates the energy of sports activities recorded by users with Health & Fitness Apps, used in 2023 by over 600 million people worldwide, to transform them into electricity to be used on their household bills.
The industrial validation phase, successfully concluded today, has allowed the EVISO.GIRO App to be validated on over 10,000 hours of sports activity by dozens of users. These users have converted the energy of over 4,500 activities uploaded to EVISO.GIRO into electricity to be used to reduce electricity costs on their bills.
The commercial promotion phase has begun today with the launch of the EVISO.GIRO App in both Apple and Android stores. From today, any user in the world, already an eVISO customer, can start accumulating energy by downloading EVISO.GIRO and connecting it to the devices already approved.
The sports activities that can be transformed into electricity today are: cycling, running, walking, indoor rowing, swimming and indoor cycling. Sports activities can be measured, today, using Garmin and Samsung devices connected to STRAVA, the first Health & Fitness App with which it is possible to interface.
The EVISO.GIRO App allows, for now exclusively in Italy, to associate your EVISO.GIRO account with the domestic meters supplied by eVISO, through the “EASY MY EVISO” App released in recent months, and therefore to be able to discount the accumulated electricity in the bill. Italian athletes waiting to enter into supply with eVISO can continue to accumulate energy on EVISO.GIRO. Athletes residing outside of Italy can accumulate energy, waiting for the possible start of eVISO activities in their countries of residence or channel their energy towards friends and relatives who are already eVISO customers in Italy.
